The automatic pagination system made by Pragma 2000 for Emicon allows the sending of a set of files relating to one or more "technical sheet" through the web interface of Pragma 2000's page-on-demand system (PODS); automatically, it generates the "technical sheet" in the language chosen by the user. Usually, "technical sheets" are made up of 2 to 16 pages and contain product texts and images, followed by a long array of very complex tables. In the end, the general catalogue is the collection of all the "technical sheets". While generating the "technical sheets" as PDF files, the system also generates the files needed for upgrading their web site.
This way, by keeping daily updates of simple MS Word and Excel files inside its marketing structure, Emicon can also re-generate its paper "technical sheets" - and hence the catalogue - and its web "technical sheets" any time this is needed. "Technical sheets" re-paginating and website upgrading are both managed by Pragma 2000's automatic system without any intervention by specific graphic-trained personnel.
